2019 GALA
The Annual GALA for After School Matters (ASM) has been featured as one of Chicago’s premier charity events for the past few years. More than 800 of Chicago’s philanthropic, business and civic leaders attend to help empower Chicago’s teens to unlock their potential and find their future.
Bark worked with ASM to develop the theme and identity for the 2019 GALA.

2019 GALA
Identity and Invite Collateral
As ASM continues to attract more teens, the organization is working to become more accessible to Chicago’s neighborhoods. This year’s theme, BUILDING THE FUTURE speaks to the teen’s futures as well as ASM’s new facility in Chicago’s Gately neighborhood.
The angular shapes used throughout the designs are built from their physical building locations. The shapes were also die-cut for the invitation to enhance the depth and excitement of the organization.
